Refund policy
Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want trying Myla to be completely risk-free. Take the Daily Shield & Balance System every morning and give it an honest chance. If your afternoons, mornings, and energy don't feel different within 90 days of receiving your order, we'll refund you in full — even if the bottle is opened or empty.
How to claim your refund
Email hello@get-myla.com with your order number and a line letting us know it didn't work for you. That's it — no forms, no phone calls, and no need to ship anything back. We'll confirm within [2] business days and issue your refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it typically appears within 5–10 business days.
What the guarantee covers
The guarantee applies to your first order of Myla, up to a maximum of three kits, and can be used once per customer and household. It starts from the day your order is delivered, so shipping time never eats into your trial. Later re-orders aren't covered by the guarantee (though we'll always help if something's wrong with them — see below).
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, is missing something, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice, at no cost to you. This applies to every order, not just your first.
Order changes and cancellations
Need to change or cancel? Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel and refund it in full. Once it's shipped, just wait for it to arrive and use the guarantee above.
Subscriptions (keep only if you run one)
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account or by emailing us — no minimum terms, no cancellation fees. Cancellations take effect immediately for any order that hasn't yet been processed.
Fair use
Our guarantee exists so you can try Myla without risk, and we honour it without quibbling. We reserve the right to refuse refunds where we see clear abuse — such as repeated claims across multiple orders, accounts, or addresses.
