Terms of service
1. Agreement. By using get-myla.com or purchasing from Myla ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
2. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older to purchase from this site.
3. Our products — important health notice. Myla products are dietary supplements, not medicines. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice. Always consult your doctor before starting any supplement — especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take prescription medication, or have a medical condition — and never stop or change a prescribed treatment because of anything you read here. Individual results vary; testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of your results.
4. Orders and payment. All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes and duties unless shown at checkout. When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase; we accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues) — if we do, you'll be refunded in full. You're responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
5. Pricing and site errors. We work to keep the site accurate, but if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
6. 90-Day Guarantee, refunds, and shipping. Your first order of Myla is covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee: if your afternoons, mornings, and energy don't feel different within 90 days of delivery, email hello@get-myla.com with your order number for a full refund — even on an opened or empty bottle. The full terms of the guarantee (including its once-per-customer limit) are set out in our Refund Policy, and delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy; both form part of these Terms.
7. Subscriptions. (Keep only if applicable.) Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you choose until cancelled. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime via your account or by emailing hello@get-myla.com; cancellation takes effect for any order not yet processed. No minimum term, no cancellation fee.
8. Your conduct. You agree not to misuse the site — including scraping, attempting to breach its security, posting unlawful or misleading content, or infringing anyone's rights. Reviews you submit must reflect your genuine experience, and you grant us permission to use them in our marketing.
9. Our content. All content on this site — text, images, branding, and product names including "Myla," "Meno Stack," and "Daily Shield & Balance System" — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it commercially without our written permission.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is," we disclaim implied warranties, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order concerned. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits statutory consumer rights you hold in your country of residence.
